SCHEDULE FREE CONSULT

We're a self-pay practice, which means your care isn't limited by insurance company rules or session caps. We can provide a superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Individual session rates typically range from 130–200 depending on the clinician and service. We're happy to walk you through exact pricing on a free consultation call before you book.
We offer EMDR therapy, as well as couples counseling, and EMDR Intensives.

Your first session is mostly about getting to know each other. Your therapist will ask about what brought you in, your history, and what you're hoping therapy can help with. It's also your chance to ask questions and see if it feels like a good fit.
Yes, we offer virtual sessions. Sometimes this can be a really convenient option. Especially for clients in a more maintenance stage of therapy. We do love to see folks in person. If you live outside of Springfield, but want in-person appointments we’re happy to setup a schedule that works well for you, such as seeing you for multiple hours at a time when you do come into town.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice will be subject to a session fee.

We start with a free phone call to get to know each other and see if we're a good fit. If we are, we'll schedule your first appointment together.
If we're not the right fit, you won't leave empty-handed. I'll give you referrals to trusted providers so you have reliable next steps.
