Meet Our Team
Cassandra Minnick
“I really enjoy working with parents in particular. Parents come in motivated. They have noticed that their own mental health impacts their kids and they’re ready to get-to-work. I love when I get to surprise new clients by the depth of work we can do and progress we can achieve. We get to work and it truly changes the legacy of an entire family when parents are in a healthy place.”
Cassandra is licensed in the state of Missouri as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Specializing in EMDR therapy. She received her Bachelor's degree from Truman State University in Kirksville MO and her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Evangel University in Springfield MO. Cassandra is the owner of Seen Therapy Services, LLC and Simply Mental, LLC: a coaching program for parents.
Cassandra started her career in mental health providing care at an acute-care residential facility for youth. There, she had the opportunity to assist adolescents and their families in working through a year-long treatment program. She has extensive experience helping adults and adolescents manage symptoms of chronic and recent-event trauma, as an EMDR certified clinician. In addition she consults with parents and teachers whose children have endured trauma, providing guidance to adults in managing these difficult circumstances. She also enjoys implementing CBT techniques to assist adolescents and adults in navigating symptoms of anxiety/depression that arise in our fast-paced, high-stress world.
Cassandra is married and has four children. On their favorite afternoon in the Ozarks, Cassandra and her husband can be found kayaking down a river with their kids in tow. The family also fosters and loves caring for the children that come into their lives' and home.

Hailey Henry
Many teens and young adults carry wounds from the past that leave them feeling stuck — uncertain about who they are, where they're headed, and whether a good future is even possible for them. That feeling is real. And it doesn't have to be the end of the story.
That's where Hailey comes in.
Hailey is a counselor and educator with a passion for walking alongside young people at exactly that crossroads. She helps them get unstuck, make sense of what they've been through, and build a clear blueprint for moving forward — one that leads somewhere they actually want to go.
As a counselor at Evangel University Counseling Center, Hailey works with college students using trauma-informed care, she provides individual, and group counseling, delivering crisis intervention, and leading psychoeducational seminars. She also invests in the future of the field by training and mentoring counseling interns.
Hailey works as an Adjunct Professor at Evangel University. In the classroom, just as in the counseling room, she creates space where students feel supported, challenged, and equipped.
She knows that the path forward isn't always obvious — but she also knows it's there. And she's committed to helping every person she works with find it.
When she's not with students, you'll find Hailey traveling, exploring the outdoors, or baking something for the people she loves.
A good future is possible. Hailey can help you find yours.
